Justine has extensive experience in, and enjoys working with, clients of all ages.

Children: She sees children from the age of six, with a special focus on working with childhood anxiety, grief and children adjusting to significant changes in their lives. She also sees children who could benefit from support with their self esteem, confidence and resilience.

Adolescents: Justine has a special interest in working with adolescent girls and young women, to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Justine values supporting adolescents to effectively manage the challenges and changes of this important life stage.

Adults: Justine works extensively with adults. She sees adults who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and trauma. She supports people who are experiencing significant life changes or relationship, parenting and family issues. She has an interest in women’s health issues and supporting carers and families living with disability.

Justine uses evidence based therapies such as cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, schema therapy and EMDR.

Justine has been providing supervision and support to other Psychologists for over twenty years.
